XSOLIS Sales Operations Analyst

The XSOLIS Sales Operations Analyst will participate in the optimization of sales/revenue operations processes as it relates to our sale process and reporting systems while contributing to cross-functional projects addressing strategic business issues. The ideal candidate is a critical thinker with strong analytical skills that can anticipate, identify, and problem solve. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Work with the sales & marketing teams to identify and execute reporting needs Create and maintain reports and dashboards regarding sales and marketing pipeline and performance metrics Review inbound leads for appropriate routing. Participate in tradeshow pre and post-show planning. Field ad hoc analysis requests related to total addressable market and white space reporting Review and monitor data points within CRM and other reporting tools to ensure data accuracy and compliance Provide support to the Provider/Payer Sales teams as necessary. Track payer connections through consolidated reporting of various data sources Track payer whitespace opportunities through consolidated reporting of various data sources Create payer market share dashboards/slides for use in sales and internal presentations Work with sales team to review and build quotes using CPQ Assist CRE team in reporting needs to determine whitespace for growing our existing client wallet share Measure and calculate Annual SOU increases for existing clients Create financial impact analysis projections for solution upsells Estimate projections for services upsells (projecting escalation volume for PA team) Track performance metric for accounting billback Collaborate with finance and CRE team for awareness of clients with aging invoices and impact of those to pipeline/upsells Document and share sales and marketing business processes Develop and maintain Sales CRM trainings and documentation as needed Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or MIS preferred. Experience: Requires 1-3 years' experience in the areas of Sales Analytics or Operations. 1+ years of experience with Salesforce CRM reporting and Tableau Self-motivated, self-directed with strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Skilled at creating reports, dashboards and analyzing data. Demonstrated ability to produce analysis and documentation to stakeholders. Must be highly detail oriented and accurate, extremely organized and able to multitask effectively. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills, able to tactfully respond to scheduling requests and provide alternative suggestions to satisfy all parties. Experience in Healthcare SaaS Technology preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or MIS, preferred. Supervisory Responsibilities: This role does not have any direct reports and is a single contributor role. Working Environment and Travel Requirements: Work is typically in a normal office administrative environment involving minimal exposure to physical risks. Position requires little to moderate physical activity. Mostly sedentary work exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. No significant stooping is usually required.
