Pritchard Companies Senior Total Rewards Analyst Join Our Team Pritchard Companies is seeking a detail‑oriented
Senior Total Rewards Analyst
to support and enhance our compensation, benefits, and HR analytics programs. This role partners closely with HR, Finance, and leadership to deliver competitive, equitable, and data‑driven total rewards solutions.
What You’ll Do
Maintain salary structures, job architecture, and market pricing for roles.
Support annual compensation cycles, pay equity analysis, and pay transparency requirements.
Analyze benefits costs and utilization; support renewals and open enrollment.
Serve as the primary HR reporting and analytics resource, building dashboards and KPIs.
Ensure HRIS data accuracy and support system improvements and reporting automation.
Partner cross‑functionally with HRBPs, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and leadership on data needs and projects.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
5+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, HRIS, or HR analytics.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience with an HRIS (ADP, UKG, Paylocity, Workday, etc.).
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and confidentiality.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Experience with salary structures, pay transparency laws, benchmarking tools, or ADP HRIS.
Work Environment This is an
onsite position
in a professional office environment with frequent interaction with leaders and employees. Occasional travel may be required based on business needs.
