Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
Make outbound calls for follow-ups, surveys, or outreach
Provide accurate information about products, services, or promotions
Resolve customer concerns or escalate issues when necessary
Document all customer interactions and updates in the system
Follow communication scripts, procedures, and service standards
Qualifications
Strong verbal communication and activeListening skills
Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving abilities
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Basic computer and data entry skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
