Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our team. As a PTA, you will work closely with physical therapists to provide high-quality patient care, implement treatment plans, and promote patient recovery and independence. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
Assist physical therapists in the development and implementation of treatment plans
Conduct and report on patient assessments and evaluations
Implement and modify treatment plans as necessary
Perform physical therapy interventions and exercises under the supervision of physical therapists
Document patient progress and treatment plans
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Maintain accurate records and reports
Contribute to a safe and efficient patient care environment
Requirements
Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assistant studies or related field
State licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift and move patients and equipment as needed
