Call Center Representative – Contract Opportunity Pay: $19 to $20/hour

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? We’re seeking a Call Center Representative with 6 months to 2 years of experience (internships included) to join the team at a leading investment banking firm.

Ideal Candidate:

Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business (Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field) preferred

Experience or internship in banking, financial services, or customer support is highly preferred

Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls related to customer inquiries and account support

Provide accurate and efficient responses while meeting key performance metrics

Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns, ensuring a positive experience

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
