Responsibilities
Welcomes patients/clients/visitors, obtains accurate information from patients and ensures all registration forms are complete as needed.
Promptly and professionally answers telephone calls.
Facilitates patient flow and communicates delays with patients and clinical staff.
Explains financial requirements to the patients or responsible parties and collects copays as required.
Responsible for keeping the reception and patient waiting areas clean.
Performs other duties as assigned.
