Float Patient Support Representative (West Location)

Pay: $18/hour Assignment: 36 months Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:30 AM5:00 PM Location: Cleveland, OH (44102) Requirement: EPIC experience required Job Summary: Provide front desk and patient support services across multiple clinic locations. Responsibilities include patient check in, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, payment collection, and delivering excellent customer service while maintaining HIPAA compliance. Key Responsibilities: Greet and register patients; manage check in/check out Answer phones, schedule appointments, and verify insurance Enter and maintain accurate patient data in EPIC Collect copays and patient payments Scan documents and perform appointment reminder calls Communicate with providers and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow Assist uninsured patients with Medicaid or sliding fee programs Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent EPIC experience (required) Prior medical front desk or patient registration experience preferred Strong customer service, attention to detail, and professionalism
