About the Role

The Company is seeking a Managing Director for Talent Solutions. The successful candidate will be tasked with generating sales, increasing revenue, and establishing and developing client relationships. This role involves working closely with a team of recruiters to fulfill open job orders and collaborating with business stakeholders to ensure the effective and timely delivery of projects. The Managing Director will also be responsible for driving a high-performing team to exceed targets, serving as the primary strategic lead for the team and line of business, and maintaining a target list of client relationships.

Applicants for the Managing Director position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 to 6 years' experience in B2B sales and/or recruitment. Advanced, relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. The role requires a candidate with a strong customer and candidate focus, who is results-oriented, and can communicate effectively.
