Shadow Hills Country Club — Head Golf Professional (PGA)
Shadow Hills Country Club is a private, member-owned club in the Eugene-area with a welcoming, family-friendly membership and a strong golf culture. We have 18 holes, three ranges, and a full practice facility.
We’re looking for a Golf Professional who brings energy, professionalism, and great service to the golf operation. An ideal candidate has the acumen to build relationships, run events, and grow and develop a golf program for juniors through seniors.
Qualifications
Class A PGA Member (preferred)
or
PGA Apprentice in good standing (required) Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills Experience with instruction, club fitting, and or tournament operations Strong communication and management skills to develop and lead our golf staff Experience in developing and marketing club events to members and outside customers What you’ll do Lead day-to-day golf operations (golf shop + outside services) with a high service standard Be the face of our golf department with our membership by being engaged with the club and its members. This includes being active in club committees and playing consistently with the membership Work with management staff to ensure a healthy and manageble pro shop and inventory Growing our instruction and other golf programming, while delivering excellent golf tournaments and other golf operations. Hire, train, and schedule staff; set expectations and develop a strong team Coordinate with the Superintendent on course updates and member communication Support outside events with the Sales Team
