The Lean Manufacturing Manager plays a hands‑on, high‑impact role in driving operational excellence across the Customer Service Center (CSC). This leader is responsible for implementing and sustaining the LSG Production System (LPS), coaching teams in Lean principles, and identifying opportunities to improve productivity, food cost, labor efficiency, and service performance. By partnering closely with operations, culinary, warehouse, quality, and leadership teams, the LPS Manager leads continuous improvement projects, facilitates workshops, standardizes processes, and builds a strong culture of problem‑solving and accountability. This role blends analytical thinking with on‑the‑floor engagement, ensuring that new processes are adopted, optimized, and consistently delivered to support the site’s business goals and long‑term transformation.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Lead the deployment and sustainability of the LSG Production System across all departments
Train and coach leaders and frontline teams in Lean principles, Kaizen, 5S, visual management, and standard work
Support management in hitting KPI targets for food costs, labor efficiency, quality, and service delivery
Analyze cost reduction opportunities and drive productivity projects with measurable savingsEstablish standard documentation, onboarding frameworks, and operational routines
Facilitate workshops, improvement events, root‑cause analysis, and cross‑functional problem solving
Build strong partnerships with operations, quality, HR, planning, culinary, and warehouse teams
Spend time in all departments hands‑on, side‑by‑side with managers and frontline staff
Lead structured training, champion change, and maintain momentum after implementation
Share best practices between CSCs and support regional operational excellence initiatives
This is a hands‑on operations leadership role, not a desk job. Expect to engage directly with teams across multiple shifts to ensure sustained implementation and adoption.
What we Look for in a Candidate
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Process Engineering or equivalent experience
1–3 years of Lean / process improvement experience in manufacturing, production, logistics, or food operations
Strong understanding of Lean concepts (TPS, Kaizen, Standard Work, 5S, VSM) Experience delivering successful process improvements with measurable results
Excellent facilitator and trainer comfortable leading workshops and teaching Lean tools
Strong analytical skills and comfort with productivity metrics, cost savings, and KPI reporting
Proficiency with Windows‑based applications and strong documentation skills
Exceptional communication skills at all levels of the organization
Self‑driven, structured, and able to work in a fast‑paced and dynamic operational environment
