CRBR Property Damage Services is looking for a high-energy, results-driven BDR who thrives on winning business, building pipelines, and closing deals. If you’re competitive, persistent, and motivated by results, this is for you! What You’ll Be Responsible For Hunting new business through cold outreach, networking, and field prospecting Building and owning your sales pipeline Developing referral partners and turning them into consistent revenue Responding to emergency service opportunities (fast-paced, high urgency) Closing new business and driving revenue growth Representing CRBR at events, in the field, and in the community Maintaining accurate CRM data and tracking activity What We Expect Goal-driven and competitive mindset Proactive approach — you go get business Comfortable with rejection and persistence Strong communication and closing skills Organized and accountable for results Willing to work flexible hours (events, emergencies, networking) Preferred Background 3–5+ years in sales, business development, or outside sales Experience in restoration, construction, or service industry is a plus Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals Why Join CRBR?
