CRBR Property Damage Services is looking for a high-energy, results-driven BDR who thrives on winning business, building pipelines, and closing deals.

What You’ll Be Responsible For Hunting new business through cold outreach, networking, and field prospecting
Building and owning your sales pipeline
Developing referral partners and turning them into consistent revenue
Responding to emergency service opportunities (fast-paced, high urgency)
Closing new business and driving revenue growth
Representing CRBR at events, in the field, and in the community
Maintaining accurate CRM data and tracking activity

Willing to work flexible hours (events, emergencies, networking)
Preferred Background 3–5+ years in sales, business development, or outside sales
Experience in restoration, construction, or service industry is a plus
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals
