Business Development Representative

Job Overview:

We’re in a major growth phase at MyOutDesk, and we’re seeking a highly driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with strong outbound sales experience to help expand MyOutDesk’s client base.


This role is focused on high-volume outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and booking qualified appointments. The ideal candidate is confident speaking with U.S.-based decision-makers, has excellent English communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment.


What You'll Do:

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting daily (80–150+ activities/day) via cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and SMS
  • Use Salesloft to manage daily outreach including call tasks, email cadences, and follow-ups
  • Consistently follow structured multi-touch sequences to engage prospects and drive responses
  • Research and identify target prospects aligned with MyOutDesk’s ideal customer profile
  • Build and manage prospect lists using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar platforms
  • Initiate outbound conversations with confidence, clearly communicating MyOutDesk’s value proposition within the first few seconds
  • Cold call U.S.-based prospects, navigate gatekeepers, and connect with decision-makers
  • Write and send high-converting outbound emails and LinkedIn messages with strong personalization and clear calls-to-action
  • Qualify prospects based on defined criteria (budget, authority, need, timeline) and identify real sales opportunities
  • Handle objections effectively and position MyOutDesk as a solution to staffing and scaling challenges
  • Book qualified discovery calls/appointments for Account Executives and ensure strong show rates through proper follow-up
  • Accurately log all activities, notes, and pipeline updates in Salesforce CRM
  • Maintain clean and organized data across leads, contacts, and opportunities
  • Monitor performance metrics using Salesforce dashboards and Salesloft analytics
  • Continuously improve messaging, scripts, and outreach strategies based on results
  • Meet or exceed KPIs including daily activity targets, conversations, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles, preferably within technology or software industries
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers confidently
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
  • Experience in telemarketing or outbound calling campaigns is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with a customer service-oriented approach
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment


Nice to Have:

  • Salesforce (CRM) – for managing leads, pipeline, and reporting
  • Salesloft (Sales Engagement Platform) – for outbound calls, emails, and cadences
  • Other prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, dialers, etc.)
