About the Role

The Company is in search of a Hospice Executive Director to lead its Cleveland program. The successful candidate will be a proven hospice operator with a strong background in full P&L and budget ownership, and a track record of verifiable performance. Key responsibilities for this role include overseeing the branch's overall performance in operations, quality, compliance, staffing, budgets, growth, and culture. The Executive Director will be directly accountable for results and will work in coordination with corporate leadership to ensure the success of the program.

Applicants must have a minimum of 3-5 years' of hospice operations management experience, be local to Cleveland with deep market knowledge and established contacts, and have a strong understanding of federal and state hospice regulations. The role requires a leader with excellent organizational, communication, time management, multitasking, and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to drive quality outcomes, survey readiness, and compliance. The Executive Director will also be responsible for leading day-to-day hospice operations, including staffing, hiring, retention, and team development, and must be adept at partnering with local referral sources and community stakeholders to support census growth.
