About the Role
The Company is in search of an Executive Director to spearhead branch operations in the North/Northeastern Atlanta market. This pivotal leadership role demands a seasoned professional with a robust background in hospice management, capable of overseeing the full spectrum of services, from operations and compliance to staffing, quality, and business performance. The successful candidate will be tasked with ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and ethical hospice services, while also driving the branch's performance and strategic goals.
Key responsibilities for the Executive Director include the day-to-day management of the hospice program, leading performance across all operational facets, and maintaining strong communication with staff, patients, families, and referral partners. The role also involves the recruitment, development, and retention of qualified hospice personnel, as well as the oversight of policies, procedures, and standards of care. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with a Master's degree in nursing preferred, and a minimum of 3 years' of hospice management experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of hospice operations, Medicare conditions of participation, and team leadership, and must meet the applicable Georgia requirements for hospice administrator qualifications. A local candidate with acute market knowledge and connections is also preferred.
