About the Role
The Company is in search of an Executive Director to spearhead branch operations in the North/Northeastern Atlanta market. This pivotal leadership role demands a seasoned professional with a proven track record in hospice management. The successful candidate will be tasked with the overall direction of hospice services, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, and driving the performance of the branch in terms of operations, staffing, quality, and patient care delivery. Key responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, leading branch performance, maintaining a solid team, and fostering a culture of disciplined execution.
Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with a Master’s degree in nursing preferred. A minimum of 3 years' of hospice management experience is required, along with a stable work history and a strong background in hospice operations, Medicare conditions of participation, and team leadership. The role also necessitates meeting specific Georgia requirements for hospice administrator qualifications. The ideal candidate will have local market knowledge and connections, and while an RN is a plus, it is not mandatory if the candidate meets the other qualifications. The Executive Director will be expected to promote ethical business practices, maintain high patient care standards, and effectively manage budgets, resources, and branch infrastructure.
