The Company is in search of an Executive Director to spearhead branch operations in the North/Northeastern Atlanta market. This pivotal leadership role demands a seasoned professional with a robust background in hospice management, particularly in the areas of operations, compliance, staffing, quality, and patient care delivery. The successful candidate will be tasked with the overall direction of hospice services, ensuring the branch meets and exceeds business objectives, and maintaining a strong focus on disciplined execution. Key responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, leading branch performance, and fostering a culture of compliance and high-quality care.
Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with a Master’s degree in nursing being preferred.
