Position Overview

Hilton is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to oversee front desk operations and ensure guests receive excellent customer service throughout their stay. Responsibilities

Assist daily front desk operations, support Front Desk Agents during busy shifts Handle escalated guest concerns and manage check-in and check-out process to ensure efficiency and accuracy Supervise front desk staff, train new employees, create shift schedules Assist with guest service issues, authorize refunds or room changes when necessary Monitor room availability and reservations, coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready Ensure Hilton service standards are maintained at all times Compensation & Benefits

$16 to $35 per hour depending on location, experience, and hotel size (higher wages often offered at large or high-occupancy properties) Full-time employees may be eligible for benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, 401(k) with company match, Hilton employee hotel discounts, paid holidays, and advancement opportunities into hotel management roles Some hotels may also offer performance bonuses, shift differential pay for evening or overnight shifts, and incentive bonuses tied to guest satisfaction scores or upselling programs
