Responsibilities:
- Prospect and develop new business
- Oversee staff activities and manage customer requests
- Partner with operations teams to ensure optimal customer satisfaction
- Present streamlined technology solutions and develop detailed analyses of client needs in challenging areas
- Travel regularly to meet key clients
- Bachelors degree
- 2-3 years of experience in truckload freight brokerage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High energy with a passion for maintaining and growing client/vendor relationships
- Self-starter with strong organizational and presentation skills
