Job Summary:
An established technology solutions provider is seeking a high-performing B2B sales professional who thrives on proactive prospecting and opportunity creation. This role is centered on outbound business development, revitalizing inactive accounts, converting inbound inquiries into long-term partnerships, and closing profitable hardware solutions for business clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development & Account Growth
  • Execute consistent outbound outreach via phone, email, text, and professional networking platforms.
  • Reconnect with prior customers and dormant accounts.
  • Identify and penetrate target vertical markets such as managed service providers, multi-location retail, educational institutions, and small-to-mid-sized business buyers.
  • Develop relationships with multiple stakeholders within each account.

Consultative Solution Selling:
  • Lead discovery conversations to understand technology refresh cycles, organizational needs, and operational challenges.
  • Present cost-effective hardware solutions aligned with financial objectives.
  • Offer lifecycle support solutions, secure asset disposition guidance, and strategic sourcing expertise.
  • Close profitable, repeatable business engagements.

Pipeline & Performance Ownership:
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and forecasting discipline.
  • Achieve defined activity metrics and gross profit goals.
  • Manage opportunities from initial contact through final close with urgency and accountability.

Ideal Candidate:
  • 5+ years of outbound B2B sales experience with a hunter mindset.
  • Comfortable maintaining high daily outreach activity.
  • Strong financial acumen with understanding of margin and profitability.
  • Confident engaging IT, procurement, and operations leadership.
  • Process-oriented, competitive, self-motivated, and resilient
  • Able to work on-site in a collaborative team environment.

Compensation Structure:
  • Competitive base salary.
  • Uncapped commission on new business.
  • Realistic first-year on-target earnings: $55,000 - $65,000, with uncapped commission.
