Inside Sales Support Representative

HOIST Fitness is a leading manufacturer of fitness strength equipment and is seeking to hire a full-time Inside Sales Support Representative. This position is a coordinator-focused role that partners with the Company's Outside Sales Representatives, logistics, dealers, and customers regarding fitness equipment sales and shipping issues.

Location: Poway, CA

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process sales orders sent over by the Outside Sales Representatives, as well as follow up on all orders placed.
• Maintain relationships and favorable contacts with dealers and keep management informed of any issues
• Respond timely to customer requests and orders.
• Coordinate equipment shipments with the logistics and shipping department.
• Maintain communication with other departments within the company to facilitate customer and vendor orders
• Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on the changes/developments of fitness equipment.
• Maintain our dealer/customer database.
• Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Ability to handle multiple projects and be productive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Computer literate in Excel, Word, and Outlook. NetSuite is a plus
• Amazing organizational skills and detail-oriented.
• Excellent phone skills; Customer Service background is a plus
• Ability to work both independently and in a group.
• Capable of anticipating and solving problems or resolving issues
• Regular and predictable attendance.
• Can effectively communicate orally or in written form with management and internal/external customers.
