Our client is seeking a
CRM Senior Consultant
to support and enhance
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM systems , focusing on configuration, workflows, reporting, and user support to drive business efficiency and customer service.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Serve as primary contact for
CRM applications and integrations Configure and maintain
Dynamics 365 CRM (workflows, dashboards, reports, security) Translate business requirements into
CRM configurations and process improvements Build and manage
reports, dashboards, and analytics for business users Troubleshoot and resolve
CRM system issues and user requests Support
user provisioning, training, and adoption of CRM tools Collaborate with business and IT teams to deliver
enhancements and integrations Participate in system upgrades, testing, and ongoing
platform optimization Requirements
4+ years of experience
working within a CRM environment (Dynamics 365 preferred) Strong experience with
CRM configuration, workflows, and system administration Experience translating
business requirements into technical CRM solutions Knowledge of
SQL, data structures, and database relationships Familiarity with
Office 365, SAP, and web-based integrations Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
