Responsibilities
Kforce has a client in Jacksonville, FL that is seeking a proactive Service Desk Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional end-user support. This role is ideal for someone who doesn't just respond to tickets-but actively looks for ways to improve service, prevent issues, and enhance the user experience. The Analyst be a key frontline member of the IT team, supporting internal users, managing incidents and requests in Freshservice, and helping ensure smooth day-to-day technology operations.
Skills
1+ years of experience in a Service Desk or IT Support role Hands-on experience using Freshservice (incident, request, and knowledge management) Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows/macOS, Microsoft 365, and common enterprise applications Excellent customer service mindset with clear, professional communication skills Ability to manage multiple tickets while maintaining attention to detail Self-starter with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
