IT Service Desk Analyst I

is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst with 1-2 years of experience. Must have exceptional professional and interpersonal skills.

Required Qualifications of the IT Service Desk Analyst 1:

Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies. Foundational knowledge of MS Office applications. Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts. Familiarity with common operating systems like Windows and MacOS.

Responsibilities of the IT Service Desk Analyst 1:

Serve as first line support and field incoming requests to the Service Desk via phone, email, and chat/messaging to ensure effective resolution of end user issues. Provide documentation for end user identification information. Establish rapport and provide excellent customer service for Service Desk customers. Work Location: Must be located in one of the following states to work remote:

(FL, SC, GA, TX, CO, VA, AL, NC, TN)-Remote
