We're seeking a Sr Construction Superintendent (Healthcare) to support one of our top-tier clients specializing in complex hospital and large healthcare facility projects. This organization is known for executing work in active, occupied environments where precision, safety, and coordination are critical. You’ll be part of a team trusted to deliver high-impact projects that directly support patient care and essential operations.
Objective Lead field execution on healthcare construction projects within active facilities, ensuring seamless coordination, minimal disruption to ongoing operations, and successful delivery from start through commissioning.
Key Responsibilities
Direct daily jobsite operations across healthcare construction projects, maintaining strict adherence to safety and quality standards
Manage subcontractors and field teams to ensure proper sequencing and coordination of all trades
Oversee installation and integration of MEP systems within complex, active environments
Track and manage project schedule and budget using established tools and reporting systems
Lead commissioning efforts and ensure systems are fully operational and compliant prior to turnover
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in construction field leadership, preferably within healthcare or hospital environments
Proven experience working in occupied facilities with ongoing operations
Strong background managing subcontractors and multiple trades on complex projects
Experience utilizing Primavera for scheduling and Procore for project management
Familiarity with Timberline or similar project cost management systems
Knowledge of MEP system installation and coordination
Experience supporting project execution through commissioning and closeout phases
Ability to lead projects independently with strong attention to detail and accountability
