We’re seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale arena and hospitality projects. This role supports complex builds where coordination, schedule control, and strong field leadership are critical. It’s a great fit for someone who thrives in high-profile, fast-paced construction environments and can drive projects from ground‑up through turnover.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily field operations, coordinating subcontractors and site activities to maintain project progress

Manage construction schedules and sequencing using Primavera and field-driven planning

Oversee installation and coordination of MEP systems across large commercial projects

Track field progress, budgets, and site performance to support overall project success

Maintain project documentation, reporting, and communication using Procore

Serve as a key field leader working closely with project managers and stakeholders

Qualifications

Experience supporting arena, stadium, or large hospitality construction projects

Strong field leadership background in commercial construction environments

Proficiency with Primavera scheduling tools

Experience using Procore for field documentation and coordination

Strong understanding of MEP system installation and coordination

Proven ability to manage subcontractors and maintain schedule performance

Experience supporting project budgets and cost awareness in the field

Excellent communication and leadership skill
