Sr Construction Superintendent (Healthcare)

Reno, United States | Posted on 04/01/2026 We’re looking for a Construction Superintendent to lead healthcare facility projects where coordination, compliance, and precision are critical. This role supports complex builds with a strong focus on MEP systems, scheduling, and contractor management. It’s a great fit for someone who has led projects end-to-end and understands the unique demands of healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through commissioning and closeout

Manage project schedules using Primavera and maintain alignment with field execution

Oversee subcontractor coordination, scope alignment, and performance

Support installation and coordination of MEP systems across all project phases

Utilize tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Timberline to manage documentation, costs, and communication

Drive project meetings, reporting, and stakeholder communication

Support commissioning activities and ensure systems are prepared for turnover

Qualifications

Experience managing healthcare facility construction projects

Strong field project leadership background with full lifecycle project delivery

Proficiency with Primavera scheduling

Experience using Procore, Bluebeam, and Timberline

Strong background managing subcontractors and coordinating field execution

Working knowledge of MEP system installation and coordination

Understanding of commissioning processes and the 5 stages of commissioning

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
