
Paid Media Strategist - REMOTE EST

Job Description
The Paid Media Strategist supports the execution and operational management of paid media campaigns across multiple channels. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure campaigns are planned, launched, and optimized on time. Day to day, they track timelines, deliverables, and campaign status while proactively identifying risks or delays. They coordinate creative and asset intake across teams, ensuring specifications are clear and assets meet channel requirements. The contractor supports QA for creative, landing pages, tracking, and campaign setup to ensure accuracy and alignment with strategy. They maintain project plans, documentation, and workflows to keep initiatives moving efficiently. They also support reporting, budget pacing, and financial tracking to provide clear visibility into performance and spend.
Pay Rat for this role is $45-$65/hr USD. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including geographic location, skills, experience, and education.

Skills and Requirements 5-7+ years of experience supporting digital marketing or paid media programs
Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Hands‑on experience with paid media channels (search, social, programmatic, display, video) and campaign tracking concepts
Experience working with external agencies and cross‑functional internal teams
Ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Proactive communicator who can follow up, unblock issues, and drive progress Healthcare technology experience
