Ross Stores - Colima Road - Responsibilities: Provide visible security presence at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor; Monitor for potential theft indicators and communicate findings to Store Leadership and Loss Prevention; Assist in minimizing operational shortage and educate Associates on shortage reduction initiatives; Greet Customers and Associates professionally, contributing to a safe and welcoming store environment; Support Loss Prevention initiatives and adhere to company policies and best practices
