This is a strategic, systems-driven role responsible for turning Bullhorn, ZoomInfo, SourceWhale, LinkedIn Recruiter / Job Slots, and AI tools into measurable revenue growth. What You’ll Build A fully optimized Bullhorn ATS architecture Automated recruiting and sales workflows Intent-driven outbound campaigns Multi-touch sales and recruiting sequences Impact You’ll Have Within 6 months, you will: Increase data accuracy Create visibility into revenue metrics This role reports directly to the President and will shape the future operating model of the company.
