Job Description
Oversee the management and daily operations of district facilities
Supervise and evaluate maintenance and custodial staff
Plan and direct work for building and grounds personnel
Conduct routine inspections of school buildings and facilities
Identify maintenance needs and ensure timely and effective repairs
Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment
Prepare cost estimates and recommend materials and purchases
Provide training and support for maintenance and custodial staff
Ensure compliance with state facility regulations and OSHA requirements
Maintain a safe environment through inspections and safety procedures
Communicate regularly with administration regarding facility needs

Citizenship, residency, or work visa required
