Job Details
Manage all on‑site construction activities from mobilization through closeout
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to maintain project schedule
Enforce jobsite safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulations
Monitor project quality and ensure adherence to plans and specifications
Maintain and update project schedules, including short‑interval planning
Lead daily site meetings and communicate progress with project stakeholders
Identify and resolve field issues, conflicts, and design discrepancies
Review and manage subcontractor performance and productivity
Track and report on project milestones, delays, and risks
Ensure proper documentation including daily logs, RFIs, and punch lists
Collaborate with project management teams on budgeting and cost control
Maintain strong relationships with clients, inspectors, and project partners
Oversee site logistics, sequencing, and coordination of trades
Support project closeout, commissioning, and turnover processes
