Real Estate Assistant

This position is hybrid. Responsibilities: Drafting legal documents and correspondence Maintaining and tracking files Managing calendars Processing invoices Scheduling meetings Arranging travel Entering attorney time Corresponding with clients Providing general administrative support Requirements: 2+ years of recent law firm experience Real Estate Finance support preferred Strong MS Office knowledge including Advanced MS Word Excellent communication skills Very organized Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Compensation The anticipated salary range for this position is $70,000-$110,000 per year depending on experience, education, and other job-related factors.
