4-year degree preferred (Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field)
1–3 years of marketing, communications, events, or campaign support experience preferred
Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines at once
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with various teams
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
Working knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals (email marketing, web, social, basic analytics)
Experience with CRM and marketing automation systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) preferred
Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, processes, priorities, and marketing needs
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate needs before being asked
Self-starter mindset: proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal oversight
Fast learner with a willingness to take on new responsibilities as needed
The Marketing Coordinator supports day-to-day execution of marketing activities across campaigns, events, digital communications, and internal initiatives. This role is designed to be cross-functional and flexible, helping the marketing team execute priorities while also jumping in where needed to keep work moving.
Campaign & Project Support
Execute marketing plans aligned with the department goals and vision
Support campaign planning and execution, including timelines, deliverables, coordination, and follow-up
Work with the Marketing team to build and execute project plans across multiple initiatives
Track project status, deadlines, and task completion across internal stakeholders and vendors
Assist with creation and organization of marketing assets, collateral, and campaign materials
Digital Marketing & Communications
Implement online marketing campaigns as assigned
Collaborate on digital communications and collateral, including newsletters, operational notifications, marketing emails, and targeted campaigns to clients, prospects, and partners
Create marketing content and design assets across channels, including email campaigns, social media posts, digital ads, event graphics, and other branded collateral
Support website updates including content edits, landing page coordination, and campaign tracking
Support basic reporting and performance tracking for digital campaigns
Event & Field Marketing Support
Assist with planning and execution of events
Coordinate event logistics such as registrations, materials, vendor communication, shipping, and onsite needs
Work with outside vendors and within tight budgets and deadlines to prepare for events when needed
Support post-event follow-up, lead capture coordination, and reporting
Work with sales to investigate and follow up on leads as assigned
Enter and update sales and marketing data within CRM systems
Maintain accurate contact lists, target segments, and campaign records
Support lead routing, campaign tagging, and list management to ensure clean reporting
Research, Vendor, and Administrative Support
Conduct competitive research and market research to support campaigns and messaging
Assist with vendor coordination
Contribute to department budget alignment and tracking through receipt gathering and expense reporting
Provide general marketing administrative support, documentation, and process organization
Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
Travel is minimal and primarily related to occasional events.
