Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Greensboro, NC, for a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. Key responsibilities include assisting clients with product information, managing order processing, handling concerns or complaints in a professional manner, and working collaboratively with the team to improve customer satisfaction. Your primary goal is to foster long-standing customer relationships by providing outstanding support and personalized service.

Qualifications

Proven skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and addressing Customer Satisfaction

Experience in enhancing Customer Experience and building strong client relationships

Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail

Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software or similar tools is preferred

Previous experience in a wholesale or supply-related role is a plus

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in Business, Communications, or related field is advantageous
