We are seeking a dedicated House Manager/Personal Assistant to support our client a UHNW principal in West Hollywood, CA. This role will oversee daily lifestyle, household, and administrative needs. This is a hands‑on, all‑encompassing role for someone who is organized, proactive, and thrives in a dynamic private environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee day‑to‑day operations of a large private residence, including vendor coordination, maintenance, and staff management

Manage complex personal and administrative matters (calendars, inbox, scheduling, travel, correspondence)

Coordinate travel, reservations, and lifestyle logistics

Partner closely with household staff to ensure seamless operations and a high standard of service

Oversee home systems, organization, and ongoing projects

Support light financial tracking, purchasing, and reporting

Assist with events, gifting, and general household needs

Requirements

5–10+ years supporting a private principal or household

Discreet, polished, and highly organized with a solutions‑oriented mindset

Strong communicator with the ability to anticipate needs and manage competing priorities

Tech‑savvy and comfortable overseeing modern home systems

Collaborative, hands‑on, and committed to long‑term partnership

Location Full‑time, in‑person role based in West Hollywood. Standard hours with flexibility and a 24/7 mindset as needed.

Compensation Up to $140k DOE, great benefits, PTO, etc.
