Sales Coordinator

PrideStaff Financial has partnered with a Sacramento manufacturer in search of a Sales Coordinator to join their team. The Sales Coordinator will serve as the backbone of the sales team, playing a pivotal role in supporting sales representatives and ensuring the seamless execution of sales activities. This position involves a multi-faceted approach to managing sales operations, from coordinating customer interactions to handling administrative tasks and facilitating communication among team members. Sales Coordinator Responsibilities & Duties

Assist sales team with day-to-day operations and administrative support Manage customer inquiries and provide timely responses Coordinate and schedule sales meetings and appointments Prepare and distribute sales reports and performance metrics Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer databases Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals Monitor and manage sales order processing and delivery schedules Collaborate with the marketing team on sales campaigns and initiatives Handle order confirmations, invoicing, and other sales documentation Track and follow up on sales leads and opportunities Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients Assist in the training and onboarding of new sales team members Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team Support the implementation of sales strategies and plans Sales Coordinator Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Previous experience in a sales coordination or administrative role Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Knowledge of sales and marketing principles High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role Strong organizational and time management skills Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in office software and database management Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and accuracy in task execution Ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet deadlines Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving abilities Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $25.00 Per Hour
