Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of plaintiff personal injury paralegal experience required
Bilingual Spanish speaking required
Strong experience with discovery, e‑filing, calendaring, and docket control
Familiarity with deposition and mediation preparation
Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities
Comfortable working fully onsite in an office environment

Team‑oriented and takes pride in preparation and supporting trial readiness
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
Draft and respond to discovery requests and manage written responses
Handle e‑filing in state and applicable courts
Maintain calendars, deadlines, and docket control orders for litigation matters
Coordinate hearings, court filings, and communicate with attorneys, clients, and vendors
Assist in deposition and mediation preparation, including organizing exhibits and logistics
Prepare trial notebooks and support attorneys in all phases of case management and trial preparation
