Fast-paced and dynamic law firm, is seeking an experienced Plaintiff Litigation Personal Injury Paralegal with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
File Complaints, Motions, Proof of Service etc. with the Court
Request and organize medical records and bills
Prepare and send settlement documents
Support attorneys with case preparation as needed
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a plaintiff litigation personal injury paralegal
Strong knowledge of plaintiff personal injury law
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Excellent multitasking, organizational, and writing skills
High attention to detail and ability to interact effectively with clients
