Our SelectLeaders client is a well established, entrepreneurial real estate investment and operating firm headquartered in the Western Suburbs that specializes in industrial properties. For almost two decades, they have built their business around driving long-term value for their people, partners, and communities they invest in.
With ambitious growth plans to significantly expand their national footprint, they are looking to bring on a Property Manager who is excited to take ownership, make an impact, and grow alongside a high-performing team. Responsibilities Include
Performing regular property inspections and overall maintenance oversight
Coordinating tenant onboarding, departures, renewals, and improvements
Managing capital improvement projects alongside internal teams
Preparing and monitoring annual budgets, financial reporting, and performance metrics
Handling lease compliance, rent collection, and delinquency management
Evaluating vendor performance and managing key service agreements
Supporting property acquisitions, sales, and reporting for stakeholders

Additional Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in commercial real estate, including property administration, property management, or tenant coordination (industrial experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of budgets, accruals, CAM/tax reconciliations, COIs, and vendor contracts
Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Yardi
Bachelor's degree preferred
Driver’s License Required
Illinois Real Estate License (or in process) a plus
