About the Role: High-volume outbound (7080 calls/day) Set meetings for Regional Sales Managers Partner closely with sales leadership (1:1 support model) Prospect new leads + re-engage dormant accounts Focus on big box retail accounts Hands-on training in product, market strategy, and sales process What Were Looking For: Strong phone presence and communication skills Driven, resilient, and coachable Open to background; must want a long-term sales career Comp: $50K$55K base + $60K$80K OTE Great opportunity to break into sales and grow quickly with a supportive, high-energy team.
