The Matchbox is hiring a
Senior Account Manager
to drive client success across paid media engagements. This role sits at the intersection of
strategy, execution, and client leadership . Youll act as the day-to-day partner to clients, translate business goals into action, and ensure campaigns are delivered seamlessly from kickoff through reporting. Were looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreamswhile maintaining a high standard of communication and professionalism. WHAT YOU'LL DO Client Leadership Serve as a primary point of contact for clients Lead day-to-day communication with clarity and confidence Anticipate needs, flag risks, and identify opportunities Campaign & Workflow Management Own paid digital campaigns from kickoff through launch Coordinate across creative, media, and production teams Manage timelines, approvals, trafficking, and deliverables Performance & Strategy Analyze campaign performance and communicate results Turn data into insights and actionable recommendations Support optimization and ongoing strategy Meetings & Communication Build and present clear, client-ready materials Lead meetings and manage follow-ups and action items Budgeting & Operations Assist with budget tracking, estimates, and reporting Ensure campaigns meet brand and compliance requirements WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Required 2+ years of full-time experience at an advertising agency Experience across paid media platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Reddit, DSPs, etc.) Strong client service experience Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities Strong communication and presentation skills Comfortable working with data and reporting Preferred Experience across both digital and traditional media Familiarity with budgets and marketing operations tools COMPENSATION Type:
Part-time / Contract Rate:
