A leading law firm is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Marketing Events Coordinator
to support the planning and execution of in-person, virtual, and hybrid events. This role partners closely with marketing, business development, and attorney teams to deliver high-quality, client-facing events that align with strategic goals. Event types include client dinners, webinars, roundtables, conferences, symposia, firm-hosted and sponsored programs, as well as social and sporting events. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with corporate or professional services event experience who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. Responsibilities
Support end-to-end planning and execution of a diverse portfolio of events, from initial concept through post-event analysis Provide administrative and logistical support, including managing invitations, RSVP tracking, event databases, and digital assets Coordinate event logistics with venues, vendors, and virtual platforms, including A/V, production, room setup, materials, and timing Assist with creation and distribution of event materials, including print and branded collateral Track budgets, vendor contracts, and event expenses; support reporting and post-event evaluations Provide on-site and virtual event support to ensure seamless execution and a high-quality attendee experience Research and recommend venues and vendors; maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier records Support contract negotiations and vendor management in collaboration with senior team members Partner cross-functionally with teams including Design, Communications, Digital Marketing, Client Services, and IT Advise internal stakeholders on event formats and best practices based on goals and audience Stay informed on industry trends and recommend innovative event strategies
