Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented, energetic, and proactive Channel Marketing Administrator to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career such as a recent graduate or current marketing student who is eager to learn and build practical experience in a fast paced environment.
In this support role, you will work closely with our consumer marketing team to help coordinate a variety of assignments related to marketing development funds, partner onboarding, and event activation.
Key Responsibilities:
MDF Claims Processing & Reporting: Working closely with Marketing Managers, manage the end-to-end Marketing Development Funds (MDF) claims process, including tracking, approval workflows, and compliance.
Process MDF claims, review proofs of performance, and ensure timely reimbursement to partners.
Supplier & Partner Onboarding and Management: Onboard new partners by collecting necessary documentation (W-9s, tax IDs, compliance documents) and setting them up in our Partner Relationship Management (PRM) system.
Troubleshoot partner issues and process portal user requests.
Event Activation & Logistics: Provide hands-on, onsite support in Irvine office for event logistics.
Coordinate event logistics, including shipping marketing collateral and promotional items to event venues.
Manage inventory planning and ordering for new event collateral.
Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field in progress.
2+ years of experience in an office setting, in marketing preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and communicate professionally with external partners and suppliers.
Must have excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
Experience with Salesforce a plus.
Event planning or event marketing experience a plus.
