We're seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent with commercial healthcare experience to lead fast‑paced medical and clinical interior projects throughout Manhattan. Client Details Our client is a reputable commercial healthcare general contractor specializing in medical offices, clinics, ambulatory facilities, imaging suites, and hospital renovations. Description Oversee daily onsite operations for healthcare interior construction projects. Manage subcontractors, coordinate trade sequencing, and maintain strict safety and infection control standards. Ensure compliance with healthcare facility protocols, inspections, documentation, and regulatory requirements. Maintain detailed daily logs, manage site logistics, and deliver high‑quality finishes. Collaborate closely with Project Managers to track progress, solve issues, and ensure seamless communication with clients and facility staff.
