Join the powerful sales team in North America as the RFID Transponder Sales Manager for the Identification Technologies (IDT) Industrial Smart Components (ISC) Business Unit, part of HID Global. You will drive revenue and market growth in the NAM region, focusing on expanding the passive RFID business through the equipment consumable market and other industrial verticals.
Responsibilities
Acquire new customers and develop existing customer relationships in the NAM region, equipment consumable market and other industrial verticals.
Recognize and understand customer requirements during the pre‑sales process and educate customers on HID product offerings that address their business challenges.
Drive the entire sales process from prospecting and initial contact, through consulting on product solutions, to commitment of design‑in solutions; collaborate with product management and engineering specialists as needed.
Work with sales and marketing management to plan and implement marketing and sales campaigns for your defined customer base to drive brand recognition and business growth.
Attend and participate in tradeshows, exhibitions and partner events.
Hunt for new customers, grow revenue, and nurture relationships with existing customers.
Complete forecasts and revenue reporting by scheduled deadlines.
Build a project pipeline to secure ISC long‑term business growth.
Act as an industry expert on future market trends and coordinate with product management on potential new products to meet these trends.
Qualifications & Experience
Technical training or education is desirable, but a high affinity for technical products suffices.
Understanding of RFID technologies, particularly RFID tags and labels, is helpful but not required.
Several years of sales experience; confident speaking to all customer levels (Engineering, Procurement, C‑Suite).
Passionate about sales topics and selling components.
Experienced in cold calling, remote selling, and managing resistance with confidence.
Strong experience hunting, cold‑calling, and closing new customers, including through social media outreach.
Effective and timely follow‑up to inquiries from customers, regulatory agencies, or business community members.
Develop presentations and write content as an industry subject‑matter expert.
Provide information to boards of directors, technical managers, and/or public groups.
Interact in a professional manner with the sales team, business development team, product marketing, and other HID departments.

The base salary in the United States is 98,000 to 106,000 dollars. The on‑target earnings (OTE) is up to 180,000 dollars. This opportunity may include flexible working arrangements.
