Your Impact
Responsible for aligning business objectives with Team Members and management for all company business units
Formulate partnerships across the HR function and all business divisions to deliver value-added service to management and Team Members that reflects the business objectives of the organization
Build strong connections between HR and other departments, aligning efforts to hit business goals and keeping everyone on the same page.
Help team members navigate leave requests (like FMLA and PFML) by working with our 3rd-party vendor and ensuring everything stays compliant.
Partner with managers on important HR tasks like accommodations, investigations, and terminations, always maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Own team member data in the HRIS, manage unemployment and workers' comp claims, and ensure smooth processes for onboarding, payroll, and benefits.
Support growth with training and development programs, and make performance reviews a seamless and meaningful experience
