
Sales Executive

LHH Recruitment Solutions, a division of The Adecco Group—the world’s leading HR solutions provider—is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive business development across Long Island and the NYC metro area. This role centers on high-volume cold calling, cold outreach to hiring leaders, and selling accounting & finance recruiting solutions to companies ranging from small businesses to global Fortune 500 organizations.

At present, our team operates remotely, but we anticipate transitioning to a hybrid work model in the near future. The office will be based in Hauppauge, NY.
What You’ll Be Doing
Aggressively prospect and cold call hiring leaders (Controllers, CFOs, Accounting Managers, HR Directors, etc.) to introduce LHH’s recruiting services. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and strategic targets. Generate new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and follow‑up. Develop a deep understanding of accounting & finance staffing needs and how our solutions support client success. Lead virtual and in‑person meetings with prospects and clients. Present and negotiate LHH’s temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire staffing solutions. Build and grow client accounts through consistent communication and service excellence. Track activity metrics, pipeline progress, and sales results with discipline and accuracy. Expand Long Island territory About You
Bachelor’s degree OR 5+ years of professional experience. Proven success in cold calling, outbound prospecting, and selling solutions—preferably in staffing, recruiting, HR services, or B2B sales. Excellent communication skills—comfortable speaking with decision-makers at all levels. Ability to manage time effectively, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Adaptable, curious, and eager to learn new industries and service lines.
