Role Summary Own and scale the US commercial operation for an X (Twitter) exclusive influencer monetization and PR platform. Lead revenue strategy, close high value partnerships, recruit and monetize top creators, and build the systems and team required to support scale.
Key Responsibilities
Own and execute US revenue strategy across brand, sponsorship, and campaign partnerships
Source, negotiate, and close high value deals; deliver against revenue targets
Recruit and structure monetization agreements with top X creators
Serve as senior lead for key clients; oversee campaign performance and alignment
Build scalable infrastructure including CRM, pricing, forecasting, and reporting
Hire and lead a lean team; establish operational discipline and accountability
Partner with executive leadership on growth and market expansion
Qualifications
7+ years in business development, partnerships, or revenue leadership
Background in X, social platforms, influencer agencies, PR firms, or politically focused agencies
Demonstrated track record closing complex, high value deals
Deep understanding of influencer monetization, creator economics, and the X ecosystem
Experience building or scaling an agency, media company, or high growth business
Proven ability to build revenue engines, operational systems, and teams from early stage
Strategic thinker who can operate hands on in a fast growth environment
Preferred
Existing relationships with creators, brands, media buyers, or political organizations
Experience within talent agencies or influencer networks
Track record of building teams and infrastructure from early stage to scale
Established credibility or presence on X
