Role Summary
Own and scale the US commercial operation for an X (Twitter) exclusive influencer monetization and PR platform. Lead revenue strategy, close high value partnerships, recruit and monetize top creators, and build the systems and team required to support scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute US revenue strategy across brand, sponsorship, and campaign partnerships
- Source, negotiate, and close high value deals; deliver against revenue targets
- Recruit and structure monetization agreements with top X creators
- Serve as senior lead for key clients; oversee campaign performance and alignment
- Build scalable infrastructure including CRM, pricing, forecasting, and reporting
- Hire and lead a lean team; establish operational discipline and accountability
- Partner with executive leadership on growth and market expansion
Qualifications
- 7+ years in business development, partnerships, or revenue leadership
- Background in X, social platforms, influencer agencies, PR firms, or politically focused agencies
- Demonstrated track record closing complex, high value deals
- Deep understanding of influencer monetization, creator economics, and the X ecosystem
- Experience building or scaling an agency, media company, or high growth business
- Proven ability to build revenue engines, operational systems, and teams from early stage
- Strategic thinker who can operate hands on in a fast growth environment
Preferred
- Existing relationships with creators, brands, media buyers, or political organizations
- Experience within talent agencies or influencer networks
- Track record of building teams and infrastructure from early stage to scale
- Established credibility or presence on X
