Responsibilities

Ensures total compliance with the 340B program, including the oversight of all required audits.

Implements policies and procedures according to regional, national, state, and federal guidelines while leading and contributing to the development of program optimization strategies.

Ensures audits follow current regulatory recommendations and are completed at the facility level.

Develops and maintains internal and external stakeholder relationships.

Provides oversight and guidance to Health System 340B Program Analysts.

Offers expertise and training to staff and participants regarding ongoing 340B program compliance.

Requirements Licensure / Certification / Registration:

Licensed Pharmacist preferred.

Education:

Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required. 5 years of experience required. OR 2 years of cumulative leadership or management experience required OR a graduate from an accredited health system pharmacy administration residency program required.

Additional Preferences

5+ years of experience with federal 340B Drug Pricing Program

3-5 years of experience in health care system or pharmacy setting

2+ years of leadership experience required OR a graduate from an accredited Health System Pharmacy Administration residency program
